Eat a cheese plate for lunch.
I saw my parents this last weekend for Father’s Day, and my mom told me about a tip she read in some email newsletter:
Never go more than two days without working out.
I really liked this mantra because it’s so realistic. We all have those days when there really isn’t time. Or, sure, you could get up half an hour earlier before your 3:30 alarm to go for a run before you make your ass-early flight, but, c’mon. C’MON. Exercise can’t always be your first priority.
Cheese plates, on the other hand: now those should always be first priority.
