Hi everyone, my name is Al, and I am a new contributor to this awesome community!

I’ll be primarily focused on providing “The Latest in Fitness,” covering new ideas, research, and revisiting standard thoughts about exercise, and nutrition.  I love to explore and investigate. I’ve integrated my findings into a unified approach that I then pass on.

My outlook is about finding a balance in daily life: getting the best in all areas of life.  Being positive and feeling good, all of the time! I love making plans, doing them, and achieving success. I really enjoy seeing people I’ve been fortunate enough to help, succeed, and achieve goals they didn’t know, or believe they could do.

My “AHA” moment was when I put together the “Whole Picture” for my clients.  Fitness is an aspect of our whole life picture.  Seeing how fitness fits into, and enhances your life is awesome.  It is the feeling that exercise gives that brings us back to those 6am boot camp workouts!  You know that you burn fat, get stronger, become more flexible and conditioned with exercise, but we should all “love” to exercise, at some level.  Finding this joy, and helping others to find it, is powerfully motivating.

Once the whole picture is realized, commonalities start to appear in all your life areas….energy, focus, happiness, a great feeling and a great perception, or attitude about your endeavors, thoughts, goals, etc.

I  hope that my influence can contribute to your “Whole Picture” and feeling great, all the time!

Yours in Fitness,

Albert
