#UltraAwesome with Matt Frazier, No Meat Athlete
I am so excited about today’s #UltraAwesome interview with Matt Frazier, ultra runner, blogger and book author. If you don’t know Matt by name, you’ll definitely know him from his amazing blog No Meat Athlete which is chock full of vegan recipes, running stories / advice and so much more.
Matt and I first met via blogs in 2005 and share many of the same passions: eating healthy, running and blogging. He recently completed his first 100 miler (#UltraAwesome!!) and launched his new book, No Meat Athlete: Run on Plants and Discover your Fittest, Fastest, Happiest Self.
