What is HIIT & Flow?

 

HIIT & Flow is our signature workout combining high intensity interval training and power vinyasa to bring the fire for all levels, from newbies to competitive endurance athletes. Every day for three weeks, we'll introduce you to a new move. You'll work on strength, cardio, and mobility throughout the challenge.
